Maja Silfwergård is a Berlin-based milliner specializing in sculptural straw hats.
Fuelled by the challenge to keep the handicraft knowledge alive and arresting for the modern eye, she constantly explores new shapes and possibilities to let her vintage and/or natural materials shine.
Whilst currently working full-time in the hat department at the Berlin Opera, this page serves as a portfolio of her own designs. But don’t despair, the online shop is coming soon!
